Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Delivery Schedule We aim to get the goods to you as quickly as possible
We aim to despatch all goods by the following working day at the latest. However, the biuld-up before Christmas starts early in September and despatch times can get longer. We will aim to post any delays on our Homepage.

If you require a "non-stock" item (eg printing or custom made boxes) we recommend that under normal circumstances you allow three or four weeks for production and delivery. With times rising during teh Christmas rush period.

Delivery

We use the most cost effective service (according to weight/urgency). Parcels under 1.25kg are normally sent using the daily first class postage system. Parcels over 1.25kg are sent via Parcelforce with the guaranteed 48 hour service from the date of despatch. If you have an urgency for the order please state this at the time of order.

For really urgent parcels we do use the Parcelforce guaranteed 24 hour service (or pre non/pre 10am services, if operated in your area). Please note that all parcels are sent sign on delivery and will not be left without a signature. If you wish the parcel to be left it can be at your own risk and the responsibility of the parcel if it gets lost is then yours. Alternatively clients can arrange their own carrier to collect parcels from us.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
